Automations
That chore? Automated away.
The task you do by hand every week, built into a system that does it for you. Real scripts and proper API glue, not a pile of no-code duct tape. A fixed quote in writing, and it is yours to keep.
$500–1,500 / build · optional $75/mo care
Email me the choreNo call, no calendar. Tell me the repetitive task and I will quote it.
What can be automated
If you do it by hand every week, it can probably do itself.
Review requests
An automatic, well-timed ask after an order, so reviews actually come in without you chasing them.
Order data to sheets
Orders flowing into a spreadsheet or dashboard the moment they happen, no copy and paste.
Low-stock alerts
A heads-up before you run out, not after a customer finds the empty shelf.
Where-is-my-order answers
Draft replies to status questions, built safely: prepared for a human to send, never blind auto-sent unless you ask.
Lead and form intake
Form or lead straight into your CRM or a sheet, tagged and ready, instead of a full inbox.
The odd one
Most weekly manual jobs have an automation hiding in them. Tell me yours and I will tell you if it is worth it.
The edge: real code and custom API glue, so it does exactly what you need instead of what a no-code template allows. You own it, and it comes documented.
The retainer, explained
Automations break when the tools around them change.
An automation is only as stable as the services it talks to. When Shopify, an app, or an API changes, a workflow can quietly stop. That is what the optional $75 a month of care is for: I keep it running, and fix it fast when something upstream shifts. Skip it if you would rather call me only when it breaks; the build is yours either way.
How it works
From chore to done, in writing.
Tell me the task you do by hand, in a sentence.
You get a fixed quote and a plan for what the system will do.
I build it, test it against real cases, and hand it over with documentation.
Keep it running yourself, or add care so I keep it alive.
Questions, answered in writing
The fine print, in plain terms.
Do I own the automation?
Yes. It is built for you, handed over with documentation, and yours to keep whether or not you take the care plan.
Is my data safe?
Automations are built to touch only the data they need, and never payment card details or passwords. It all runs under the AI and data policy, with a human in charge of anything customer-facing.
What if it breaks?
With the care plan I monitor and fix it fast when a tool upstream changes. Without it, I fix it as a small job when you need me. Either way it does not silently rot.
What tools do you work with?
Shopify and WooCommerce APIs, spreadsheets and dashboards, email, CRMs, and most services with a real API. If it can be reached programmatically, it can usually be wired up.
Will it auto-message my customers?
Only if you explicitly ask for a named automation that does. By default, anything customer-facing is prepared for a human to review and send. No blind auto-replies.
