opklaar Questions?

Care plan

The site is my problem now.

Updates, backups, security, and small fixes for small Shopify and WooCommerce stores. One flat monthly price, and the site stops being your job.

Email your store URL

No call, no calendar, no form. You get a short reply, usually with a two minute video of what I would fix first.

Disclosure

Modern tools, human judgment.

AI is used here to speed up the daily work. A human is in charge of every decision, every change, and every message, without exception. The full policy is one page, in plain terms: read it here.

Questions, answered in writing

The fine print, in plain terms.

How do you get access to my store?

The way your platform intends: a Shopify collaborator account or a WordPress admin user. My own login, with the permissions you choose, revocable by you in one click. I never ask for, receive, or store your passwords.

What happens if I cancel?

Plans are month to month with 14 days written notice. Within 5 business days you get a full handoff: credentials revoked, assets exported, documentation included. The easy exit is deliberate: no lock-in, no hostage data, ever.

Who actually does the work?

One operator, deliberately small. No tier one, no handoffs, no outsourcing chain. The same senior attention on the first job and the hundredth. Opklaar is an independent business, not a hire: my own tools, my own methods, my own hours.

Can we hop on a quick call?

No, and it is a feature. Everything runs on email and short screen recordings. That means every decision is written down, searchable, and never trapped in anyone's memory of a Tuesday call. You also never have to find a slot in a calendar.

What stack do you work with?

Shopify and WooCommerce day to day, WordPress for care and fixes. Anything built new ships as fast, plain code with no plugins to babysit.

Do you only work with online stores?

Stores are the specialty, but site builds and redesigns are open to any small business. If your current site is slow, dated, or held together by plugins, that is exactly the kind of thing to email about.

What does opklaar mean?

Dutch, from opklaren: to clear up, the way a sky clears after rain. That is the whole promise, and the whole brand.

How it works

Three steps, all of them in writing.

  1. Email the URL of your store or site. One line is enough.

  2. You get a two minute video back: what I would fix or build first, with a flat quote in writing. No obligation attached.

  3. Say go. The work happens while you run the business, and you can reply to that same email thread forever.
